Information on the right of withdrawal for consumer contracts

You may withdraw from your contractual declaration in writing (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail) within two weeks without stating reasons or by returning the goods.
The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction.
The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods within the aforementioned period shall be sufficient to comply with the revocation period.

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived shall be surrendered.
In case you are unable to return the goods received in full or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the loss of value. This shall not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods can exclusively be attributed to their inspection - as would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. Apart from that, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner and refraining from doing anything that could impair their value
Items that can be sent by parcel post have to be returned at our expense and risk. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you.
